New blueprint makes me wanna finish using the app.

Instead of being able to seamlessly switch charts, at present i have select one chart, look at it, swipe dorsum, click on the other nautical chart so i forget that i actually wanted to look at a different fourth dimension frame. i get back, printing the timeframe i wanted originally, then go to the nautical chart i wanted originally. this differs from the original blueprint where you lot had charts for artists, albums, and songs all on the bottom bar. now you have to become into the tab that has grouped all the charts together into i tab and endure the ho-hum process of trying to await at two different charts from separate fourth dimension frames, which only takes five or and then seconds to switch between, but with the old version it was automatic. scrobbles now take upwardly to 3 minutes to submit. the time to submit them has gradually increased over the twelvemonth i've been using this app, merely this is an enormous jump, and if it doesn't have to practice with the update that's fine only if it does that's pretty upsetting. the chimera pattern for artist profiles is just abysmal, it leaves too much dead space while besides beingness inconsistent with the way anthology art is presented. Opposite to well-nigh other reviews here, I have no major complaints for the app if I'chiliad being honest. I've just used it for the past couple weeks at present just since then I've had no issues using information technology or being able to scrobble my music. As long as I listen through an entire song, scanning works in a few seconds and everything I've listened to shows upwardly. I'm actually dislocated why so many others have problem with this. I gauge it could accept to practice with where you lot stream your music but I use Apple Music and it works perfect. As for the layout and interface, information technology feels pretty barebones compared to the bodily site but you however get some information nearly your listening. You got the reports tab showing how much you scrobbled this calendar week, trends, how you scrobbled, superlative tags, etc. Then y'all have charts showing your artists, albums, and tracks. Clicking onto these allows you to read more info on things like how many times you and others scrobbled them, you can notice tags, write-ups, and see like artists. From the settings tab you can likewise come across your contour at the peak showing your full scrobbles and clicking hither will direct y'all to the website on your browser. Overall, it really isn't a bad app in my experience. Plain it doesn't work for everyone only if y'all're like me and seem to take lucked out then it's a useful and piece of cake way to go on rail of your listening.

the update :(

im non a fan of the larger boxes for scrobbles. far fewer can fit in one screen view at present. the new update besides makes it more hard to see specific data in specific places. overall the new layout significantly limits the amount of information you lot're able to easily see — only a few songs/albums/etc are shown on the charts page, and once i go to "come across more" im not able to change between the time intervals unless I go out once again & tap on the somewhat inconspicuously placed calendar push button :') not a huuge deal, merely i retrieve that fifty-fifty just calculation an extra selection to modify time periods AFTER you printing "see more" & also making the scrobbles smaller once more would really improve the app.
